The 10K race will begin at 7:30 AM followed by the 5K race at 7:45 AM. Both races will start in front of the Gwinnett Chamber. Please be at the start line 10 minutes prior to the start.

Driving Directions & Parking: 

Directions from Atlanta: Take I-85 North to Exit 108 (Sugarloaf Pkwy). Exit in the right lane and turn right (west) on Sugarloaf Pkwy. The Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce building (beige brick) will be on the left.

Parking: Parking for the race is located in the Infinite Energy Center parking lot off Sugarloaf Pkwy., just past the Gwinnett Chamber building, across from the Kroger Shopping Center. Parking Lot A-1 of the Infinite Energy Center will be designated for all Button Down Dash event parking. Click here to view a map of all parking for the race.

Race Numbers: The Button Down Dash 5K/10K will be a chip time race. Your race chip is attached to your race bib. You are required to display your race number on the front of your body at all times while competing. This is for safety, fairness, and to make sure that the timer records your splits accurately.

Race Attire: Don’t forget that we have a Best Dressed award! Wear a “retired” tie and donate it after the race to be used in the 2017 race decor!

Post-Race: Following the race, the awards ceremony will begin as soon as the results are posted (estimated for 9:30 AM). After the race, sponsors/vendors will be at the finish line promoting their business and giving away great swag. Please take time to visit with each of these businesses and see what they have to offer.

Race Shirt: Participants who pre-registered will receive a t-shirt at packet pick-up in the shirt size they selected during registration. We will do our best to accommodate those who registered after July 15th to provide your desired shirt size.

Inclement Weather: The event will not be cancelled for any reason other than severe conditions that pose extreme danger to athletes and volunteers. Please check the Button Down Dash website for extreme weather related announcements.

Restrooms: We will have public restrooms in the Gwinnett Chamber parking lot. NO ONE will be allowed to enter the Gwinnett Chamber building.
